Videos, it could be said we are water-beings as our bodies are actually made of 70-80% water. Babies are even more watery than their adult parents. That’s why everyone wants baby-soft skin because it’s hydrated at a level of about 90% water. They are also in a natural state of alkalinity.

Your bloodstream brings fuel and oxygen in the form of food and air into this fluid just like you dump food into the top of the fish bowl. Then the cells eat and metabolize it just like the fish. Also like the fish, your cells must excrete the waste in the form of acid back out into the fluid.
