Videos, it could be said we are water-beings as our bodies are actually made of 70-80% water. Babies are even more watery than their adult parents. That’s why everyone wants baby-soft skin because it’s hydrated at a level of about 90% water. They are also in a natural state of alkalinity.


   So just imagine the water inside your body is the water inside a fish bowl; and the fish are swimming around in it. These fish are just like the 70 trillion cells in your body. They are being fed by the fluids in which they are bathed. We call these the interstitial fluids, and they are nourished by your bloodstream. Your bloodstream brings fuel and oxygen in the form of food and air into this fluid just like you dump food into the top of the fish bowl. Then the cells eat and metabolize it just like the fish.
